Manager Resident on Site

With more than 20 years of experience between them, our Property Manager Dianna Tuttle and Site Manager Russell Denney are excellent sources to help you determine what type of storage best suits your needs, as well as some of the pitfalls to avoid. Unlike other facilities with inexperienced or non-resident managers, our Site Manager lives on site, where he can keep a watchful eye on everything. Read our storage tips.

Moving and Storage Supplies

Using the right materials can make moving and storing a lot easier. We have the boxes, locks, and moving supplies that have proved the test of time available at quite reasonable prices.

Insurance

You are responsible for insuring your stored belongings. We offer optional third party insurance at affordable rates that provides coverage for burglary (must be reported), lightning, hail, windstorm, earthquake, building collapse, smoke, fire, water damage (except flood), explosion, vandalism and riots.
